Seasons Digital is a special series of audio stories and films for you to download or stream.
There are three different audio stories – each offering activities to encourage children (and adults) to connect with the simple magic in the environment around them. Enjoy them from your own home, or take them with you to your favourite park, garden or patch of green.
You can stream the stories live, download the audio to your phone, or download the text as a PDF file to read and follow along. We recommend downloading the audio file or the PDF if you won’t have access to the internet on your adventure.
Our short films below can be watched from anywhere. Enjoy them on their own or immerse yourself in the Seasons experience by watching the films while listening to or reading the stories. Our films are also available as audio-described versions.

Seasons Digital films – Audio Described

Seasons Digital audio stories are written by Miss Jacqui, commissioned by Upswing, with music and soundscape by composer Steven Dove. Seasons Digital films were produced by Upswing, concept and direction by Vicki Amedume, filmed and Edited by Daniel Martin with a score by Steven Dove. They feature performances by Louis Gift, Rebecca Solomon and Shane Hampden. The films were audio described by VocalEyes.
The activities in Seasons Digital were developed by Upswing through research with children in Brent, and created in partnership to the Seasons Live performances.
