We are seeking an experienced and organised Freelance Tour Coordinator & Stage Manager to support the delivery of a touring small performance and workshop programme in libraries across Staffordshire.
Contract: Freelance
Location:
• Rehearsals London w/c 19 October
• Touring Staffordshire w/c 26 October
Fee:
• £700 per week for full weeks
• Additional 5 days at a day rate of £220 per day for planning, co-ordination and wrap up
• Plus Travel, Accommodation and Per Diem allowances.
About the Project
The project will be delivered by a company of two performers and one musician, accompanied by a selection of props and workshop materials. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth planning, coordination and delivery of the tour, supporting both the creative team and the performers from preparation through to completion. The role combines practical production support, tour logistics and company management, helping to ensure that each session is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive individual who enjoys making projects run smoothly. You’ll be confident coordinating people, schedules and logistics across multiple locations, while providing practical support to artists and partners.
