Nathan Johnston


Graduating from London Contemporary Dance School in 2010, Nathan Johnston specialises in floorwork and partnerwork. He began at Punchdrunk Theatrical Experiences, then worked as co-choreographer at the postgraduate company Edge 11. He has worked with a range of companies since then, including Corey Baker Dance, Levantes Dance Theatre and Ockhams Razor and his commissions include London Studio Center and Scottish School of Contemporary Dance. In 2014 he started learning skills as a hand to hand base with Upswing. Nathan received Arts Council funding for his work Sleight of Hands in 2015. Nathan has performed in Bedtime Stories for which he is now Rehearsal Director and directed Topsy Turvy for Upswing’s libraries.
