Digital Engagement Coordinator (freelance)

We are seeking a motivated creative thinker/designer to design and deliver an online and digital presence for our new project Seasons a unique three-year programme to reconnect young people, families and communities with the natural world. The project will be based in Brent – one of the capital’s most culturally under-served boroughs (but site of London Borough of Culture in 2020).

The Digital Engagement Coordinator will be key to ensuring the following project deliverables:

  • A Seasons Digital Engagement Plan integral to the creative development of the project;
  • A visual identity for the project, for use across social media and other assets;
  • Compelling audio-visual and written content that excites and engages Seasons’ audiences and supports our wider marketing objectives to reach and engage family audiences;
  • A cloud-based interactive digital repository which invites creative responses to the themes of Seasons

Please provide the following:

A written proposal – no longer than 2 sides of A4 paper – describing your interest in working with us in this creative role to include:

-Your reactions to the brief (contained in this document) and to the Seasons programme of work;

-Suggestions on how you would use digital tools to strengthen the community/audience connection to the artistic work being created

-Examples of relevant projects you have worked on in the past

-Further examples of your work – please send links to online work and any video/digital work, and low-res documents/images

Attachments accepted up to 10MB in total size.
